Our online booking system is now back up and running for all face to face, telehealth, and COVID-19 vaccine appointments.
We had temporarily disabled some of these features while we were working on a policy update. This has now been finalised and we ask you to take note of the following changes:
If you have ANY of the following symptoms:
????Sore throat
????Shortness of breath
????Runny nose
????Vomiting or nausea
????Loss of smell and/ or taste
❎ Please do no enter the medical centre! ❎
You will need to have a telehealth consultation first. If the Doctor needs to examine you face to face, they will organise this at the time.
Please be aware that if you present at our front desk without advising us of these symptoms first, you may be asked to return home for a telehealth consultation instead.
We have made these changes to continue to protect our staff as well as our patients.
Depending on the current COVID-19 situation, we may need to adjust our policies and we will communicate any changes with you where necessary.
We also acknowledge that many of you have been experiencing issues trying to get through to us by phone and understand this can be frustrating. Please be assured that our receptionists are working as hard as they can to answer a high volume of incoming calls while working under extremely difficult and evolving conditions during this pandemic.
